We're continuing to see errors on a portion of API requests to api.authsignal.com. Our cloud provider has narrowed down the cause and is applying mitigations. Failed requests can be retried. The AU, EU and CA regions are not affected. Next update by 22:45 UTC.

A portion of API requests to api.authsignal.com are failing or responding slowly, due to an issue with our cloud provider in the US West region. Failed requests can be retried. The AU, EU and CA regions are not affected. We are working with our provider and will post an update by 21:30 UTC.
